Step 1
Initial Contact
Call or email today to discuss your project. You will have a free consultation with Jake to understand your wants and needs and have an in depth discussion about what you hope to achieve.
Step 2
Meeting
We want to know about you. During you’re no obligation meeting with Jake you will discuss ideas, wants,needs,budget,location and timeframes. We want to know as much about your aspirations as possible to ensure we are all on the same page and working towards goals.
Step 3
Plans
There are several options for your plans,
1 Check out some of our fully customisable plans on our plans page
2 If you have an idea of what you want we can taylor make a plan to your land and requirements,
3 We can introduce you to a reputable architect and assist you getting your dreams on paper.
4 You may have your own plans already drawn up.
All our plans come with a coloured 3D concept with unlimited revisions and upon request we can provide a virtual 3D walk through video of your concept.
Step 4
Quote presentation
From the approved plans, Jake will meet and discuss the quote presentation for your project which includes pricing for every aspect of your build. During this meeting, Jake will talk you through each step of the build and answer any queries you may have.

Step 5
Confirmation
Once you’ve approved the detailed quote presentation, we will provide you with a contract, a comprehensive Master Builders Guarantee application form and a schedule for your build.
Step 6
Build process
Before Kennedy Building starts your build, a pre-construction meeting will take place. This is your chance to meet with Jake and other key people who will be bringing your home to life. At your request, Kennedy Building Limited can also ensure you are invited to site meetings during the different stages of construction. Jake will stay in regular contact to keep you in the loop.
Step 7
Completion
Once the council has passed the final inspection we will complete our thorough checklist to ensure your home is completed to the highest standard. Your home will also be professionally cleaned top to bottom before you move in.
